404 years after the discovery of New York, modern-day Dutch pioneers have returned. At 404 Park Avenue South – in the heart of the vibrant NoMad neighbourhood in Manhattan – they have transformed a historic loft building into a complex of 56 beautiful Dutch Design apartments. The team consisted of the well-known Dutch designer Piet Boon, the renowned Dutch landscape designer Piet Oudolf, award winning New York architect Carlo Zaskorski and New York Construction Management Company Sciame. Under the leadership of the Kroonenberg Group, they created a beautiful example of Dutch elegance and luxury. They did so with passion, expertise, and respect for the rich history of the location.
