25 EAST WASHINGTON STREET | CHICAGO

Kroonenberg Groep has completed a redevelopment of the office building at 25 East Washington Street in Chicago. Starting from the entrance on the ground floor, the three underground floors have been transformed. The result is an open and light area with a tough and industrial look. Tenant School of the Art Institute of Chicago has moved into the approximately 6,000 m2 museum space.
