YUAN'S HOT POT TO OPEN AT GELDERLANDPLEIN

Kroonenberg Groep has reached an agreement with HaoHan Amsterdam Zuid B.V. for a long-term lease at Gelderlandplein for a branch of Yuan’s Hot Pot. The leased property concerns retail catering premises of 276 m2 located at AJ Ernststraat 589. Until recently, this location housed Oriental restaurant Ruby.

Yuan’s Hot Pot Amsterdam is the restaurant of Yuan’s Chuan Chuan Xiang, which was established in 1996. Hot Pot is the most popular cuisine in China. Chuan Chuan Xiang is a branch of the hotpot family that puts food on bamboo skewers and, while the hotpot simmers, the skewers with fresh ingredients such as vegetables, tofu, meat and fish are placed in the pot of hot broth to cook together at the table. This is the 4th branch of Yuan’s Hotpot in the Netherlands.

The lease commenced 1 January 2025 and the restaurant will open its doors after a brief installation period. Kroonenberg Groep is advised on the leasing of Gelderlandplein by Kroese Paternotte.
