RAADHUISSTRAAT 50 FULLY LEASED

Kroonenberg Groep has reached agreement with three new tenants for the long-term lease of office spaces at Raadhuisstraat 50 in Amsterdam. The entire property is now let. The leases commenced on 1 October and 1 November, respectively.

Levenbach Advocaten is renting 232 m² on the first floor. Levenbach Advocaten is an independent, internationally oriented law firm in Amsterdam specialising in corporate, employment and bankruptcy law.

Fiberplane, a developer, producer and publisher of software, is renting 227 m² on the second floor. They help their clients build, test and debug their API with the full context of their source code and runtime behaviour.

Jellyfish is a marketing agency for the digital world that drives growth for their customers by navigating, connecting and leveraging platforms. Their unique global structure combines platform knowledge with technology, media, creativity and data expertise. They are renting 395 m2 on the third and fourth floors.

The national monument located at 50 Raadhuisstraat recently underwent a major upgrade, both in terms of sustainability and layout. In architecture firm Office Winhov and contractor Salverda Bouw – both experts in transforming listed buildings – Kroonenberg Groep saw the ideal partners for turning it into a state-of-the-art office. This was done with respect for the historical elements, such as the restored characteristic awnings from the original design and by making the authentic stained-glass windows visible.

The collaboration resulted in a unique office with high-level finishing. This is evidenced by the oak flooring throughout the offices and the steel and glass incorporated in the design. All tenants also have custom-made kitchens. A high-quality climate control system was installed and all windows were fitted with vacuum glass. The energy label was improved from G to A+ partly due to this. Users of the property can also enjoy a 120 m2 patio garden.
