Kroonenberg Groep has developed four exclusive apartments on Zocherstraat in Amsterdam. An existing office building near Amsterdam’s Vondelpark was transformed into four luxury apartments for sale. Heijligers architects was responsible for designing this tasteful boutique project.

The four apartments have surface areas of 45 m2, 66 m2 and two of 80 m2. Combining the grandeur of a listed building with modern comfort and timeless elegance, the high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, and high-quality interior underscore the exclusive character.

All the apartments feature oiled oak flooring, while the halls and kitchens have Belgian bluestone floors. The open Siematic kitchen has a cooking island, mood lighting and every possible built-in appliance from Siemens. A Quooker and a Pando wine cooler complete the kitchen. The apartment walls are plastered and painted in a soft, warm white-grey colour. In the washrooms, attractive lighting and ceramic tiles in a matt sand colour create a cosy atmosphere. The bathrooms are equipped with duo vanity units, electric towel warmer, walk-in shower and an illuminated mirror cabinet. The Hotbath taps, accessories and showers are finished in gunmetal. They have been given an A+ energy label thanks to LED lighting, HR glass, underfloor heating, a heat pump and a heat recovery system.

The apartments have fully opening windows and a storage room, and it is possible to rent a parking space in the underground car park. The apartments are available for sale from €675,000 to €1,200,000 at cost-to-buyer.

Kroonenberg Groep is being assisted in the sale of these apartments by Ramon Mossel Makelaardij and Sotheby’s International Realty. More information at www.no42.nl.
