BUMA ALGERA NOTARIAAT TO LEASE AT APOLLOLAAN 171

Kroonenberg Groep has reached agreement with Buma Algera Notariaat for the long-term lease of office space at Apollolaan 171 in Amsterdam. The leased premises on the ground floor measures approximately 443 m². The lease will commence on 1 December 2024. Buma Algera Notariaat has years of notarial experience and has established a good name and an excellent position within the Amsterdam notarial market specialising in all facets of real estate.

Apollolaan 171 is Amsterdam’s newest state-of-the-art office building. The office building was commissioned by Kroonenberg Groep and designed by OMA / David Gianotten. The result is a contemporary building that has a positive impact on the whole neighbourhood. A total of 6,600 m² of office space has been created, which is being offered for partial rental. Office spaces are available for rent starting from 170 m², including within the latest concept: Unitz Premium. These high-end, turn-key office spaces feature shared facilities such as meeting rooms, consultation areas and a modern lunchroom. Every detail has been carefully crafted to create a stylish, functional workspace.
