LOT61 AND VAN VUURE TO LEASE IN ALMERE

Kroonenberg Groep has reached an agreement with LOT61 and Van Vuure for two long-term leases. LOT61 has leased 106 m2 of catering space at Stationsplein 42, while tobacconist Van Vuure has leased 63 m2 at Stationsplein 43. A larger retail unit was split to create these two commercial premises.

LOT61’s lease commenced on 1 March, while Van Vuure’s will start on 1 April. Both shops will open their doors in the near future.

LOT61’s coffee is freshly hand-roasted daily in small batches. Freshly roasting the beans ensures that their unique, complex flavours can be tasted in the coffee. The cosy ambience, welcoming service and exceptional menu make LOT61 a must-visit spot.

At Van Vuure tobacconist, it’s all about experience, craftsmanship and innovation. The shops specialise in both traditional tobacco and smokeless alternatives such as vapes and e-cigarettes. All in compliance with NVWA guidelines and only accessible to adults.
