VAN HAREN LEASES AT ZUIDPLEIN

Kroonenberg Groep has reached a long-term lease agreement with vanHaren Schoenen BV for the retail space at Zuidplein Hoog 785-798 in Rotterdam. The retail space was previously enlarged to almost 600 m² by merging several units. The lease commenced on 1 September 2024.

VanHaren is already a tenant in Winkelcentrum Zuidplein. This relocation strengthens their presence in the city centre and is in line with the strategy to also equip this store with the latest 3.1 concept, which has already been implemented in a number of vanHaren stores. VanHaren has been a leading formula in the shoe sector in the Netherlands for 95 years. With 145 stores, vanHaren is not only one of the largest, but also one of the most successful shoe retailers in the Netherlands.
