NEW LEASES AT GELDERLANDPLEIN

Kroonenberg Groep has reached an agreement with TUI for a long-term lease at Gelderlandplein 223. The leased property concerns 80 m² and is located between Zwartjes van 1880 and Pets Place. For the benefit of this tenant, the former Esprit shop was split. The lease commenced on 1 September and the store will open after a short period of fitting-out work.

TUI stands for Trusted, Unique and Inspiring and through it, they want their customers to be carefree while enjoying the good things in life. In the physical TUI travel agencies, specialised staff work to ensure travellers have an unforgettable holiday.

A new long-term lease has also been concluded with De Leest Schoenmaker. De Leest Schoenmaker has moved to a new shop with an entrance at Loowaard 32. The leased property concerns approximately 31 m² of retail space. The Wasssalon Buitenveldert space was split up to realise this shop. De Leest has been a household name in Gelderlandplein as a shoemaker and key service for years.

A long-term lease has been concluded with Fornet Stomerij for an 89 m² shop at Willem van Weldammelaan 55. This was the previous location of Wasssalon Buitenveldert, but they were taken over by Fornet Stomerij at the beginning of this year. Fornet also has a branch in the Zuidas and more than 1,900 branches abroad.
